My Role (2010 - ): On-site Construction Administration and Project Closeout Professional
The Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) has several new school projects recently completed and on the boards, and they face many challenges associated with obtaining the required state approvals on many of these newly completed projects.
I have been brought in to assist HMC Architects and LAUSD with the closeout and state approval of new LAUSD Central Region High School No. 13. Currently focused on developing a business strategy to assist LAUSD with the DSA Closeout of other school projects, I am pursuing a career as an Educational Facilities Project Closeout Professional.
